K&R Hydraulics have recently installed and commissioned an ESAB Column and Book Submerged Arc Welder. This welder and it’s auxiliary equipment further increases K&R Hydraulics capacity to provide our customers with world class solutions to challenging tasks.

ESAB Submerged Arc Welder Capabilities:

  • PEK Process Controller with selectable welding processes and parameter recording.
  • 1000 AMP power source
  • Synchronised position rotators with a capacity of θ4300mm 7.5 tons
  • Both SAW and GMAW welding capability.
